Abstract Preparation Guidelines
- Papers should be prepared in Turkish or English, in accordance with grammar rules.
- Abstracts should be prepared with a minimum of 300 and a maximum of 500 words.
- The number of keywords must be at least 3 and at most 5.
- Scientific Committee members will evaluate the submitted papers for the purpose of determining their scientific quality and suitability.
- The evaluation results of the abstracts will be viewed through the system.
- You can access sample abstract templates from the user panel.
- **Peer Review Process** All submitted abstracts will undergo a **double-blind peer review** conducted by at least two independent expert reviewers. Reviewers will not have access to the authors' identities, and authors will not know the identities of the reviewers. Acceptance or rejection of abstracts will be decided by the Scientific Committee based solely on the reviewers' evaluations.
Bildiri Sunum Kuralları
- Sözel sunumlar Türkçe veya İngilizce olarak yapılacaktır.
- Sözel bildiri sunum süresi en fazla 15 dakika olacak şekilde planlanmaktadır.
- Sözel bildiri sunumları, sunum zamanından en az 1 saat önce kontrol odasındaki bilgisayara aktarılmış olmalıdır.
