ABSTRACT SUBMISSION and Registration Process
Click on the “Login” button at the top right corner of our congress web page, then click on the “Register” button at the bottom.
After completing the registration process, log in to the system.
Multiple congresses or symposiums may be displayed on the panel login screen. Select the “UGIAK 2025” option from this screen.
Click on the “Paper” tab in the left menu and select the “Paper Application” option from the menu that opens.
There is a ready-to-use text template on the application screen. You can complete the upload process after arranging your paper in accordance with this template and filling in the required fields completely.

For each accepted paper, at least one author must register for the congress and make a presentation. When this condition is met, the relevant abstracts will be published in the program and the abstract book.
Participation Fee
A fee must be paid for each accepted paper. The paper payment must be made by the corresponding author.

Those who want to participate in the conference without a paper (including co-authors) must also register by the “Registration Deadline” at the latest and pay the Listener/Accompanying Person fee.
